Everyone knows it and almost everyone uses it: email marketing. This is now also confirmed by the recently published study “E-Mail-Marketing Benchmarks 2022” by the DDV association together with the company absolit Consulting. Data from over 5,000 companies was analysed for this study.
Here is an overview of some of the results:
💌 99% of companies use email marketing regularly. This is one percentage point more than in the previous year.
✉️ The use of newsletters has also increased by one percentage point: currently 92% of companies offer their customers a newsletter.
📮 Also interesting: only 58% of companies use a personal approach in their newsletter.
📬 Professional software (email service provider) is used by 78%.
